Ex-Vatican treasurer Pell loses appeal against child sex offense convictions

An Australian court upheld on Wednesday the conviction of jailed former Vatican treasurer Cardinal George Pell on child sex offences, rejecting an appeal lodged by his legal team against the verdict.
